User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential transactional communications necessary to maintain your account and deliver our services. These communications include:

These essential communications are necessary for account security and service delivery and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

You are not required to opt into any notifications to use Random Fast. If you choose to receive notifications, you may configure your preferences in your notification settings.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you choose to provide your phone number and opt into SMS notifications:

• You consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Random Fast at the phone number provided
• Message frequency varies based on your notification preferences and fasting schedule
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your notification settings

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Your consent to receive SMS notifications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, nor is it required to use the Random Fast application. Standard messaging rates apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZYEYZ, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your fasting data belongs to you, and you may export it at any time.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Random Fast available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYEYZ, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
