Essential Communications

These include password reset emails, security alerts, and critical service announcements. These communications cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

You may choose to receive optional email notifications including fasting reminders, progress summaries, achievement notifications, and product updates. These are entirely optional and can be configured in your notification settings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any notification email.

SMS Notifications

If you choose to provide your phone number and opt into SMS notifications:

  • Your phone number is stored securely and used only for sending the notifications you have opted into
  • We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Message frequency varies based on your preferences and fasting schedule
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, texting STOP to our number, or updating your notification settings
  • Standard message and data rates may apply

SMS notifications are entirely optional. You are not required to provide a phone number or opt into SMS notifications to use Random Fast.

Data Sharing

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our service (e.g., hosting providers, email delivery services, SMS delivery services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

  • Fasting and tracking data: Retained until you delete your account or remove specific entries
  • Analytics data: Retained for a maximum of 26 months
  • Support inquiries: Retained for 3 years
